Exchange Students

The University of Tokyo (UTokyo) accepts exchange students from partner universities with which the University has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding concerning student exchange. They are to take courses offered at UTokyo and earn cerdits. The period of study is for one semester or one year.

If you would like to study at UTokyo as an exchange student, contact a person in charge of exchange programs at your home university and confirm the necessary procedures.

There is no short-term study program at ouf faculty for the international students from the universities without student exchange agreements with UTokyo.
